Yes — if a custom boost cannot be completed by our team, you receive a full refund. Pre-completed account purchases are non-refundable once credentials have been delivered, but if the account is misrepresented we'll replace it or refund.

Who owns the account after purchase?

You do — fully. Once delivered, change the email and password immediately and enable 2FA. We do not retain credentials and will not log back in for any reason.
